Nasal mucosa and turbinate atrophy

Atrophic rhinitis is a chronic disease with atrophy of the nasal mucosa and bone, and people with strange odor are also called stinky nose disease. There are more young female patients. The main pathological change is occlusive endometritis, which causes atrophy of nasal mucosal glands, periosteum, and bone.
