Quiet belly
Acute pancreatitis is a common disease in abdominal surgery. In recent years, the incidence of severe pancreatitis has gradually increased. Due to its large physiological disturbance and obvious damage to important organs, the mortality rate is very high. Sometimes it can cause sudden death. Severe pancreatitis has a mortality rate of 20%, with complications up to 50%. Clinical pathology often divides acute pancreatitis into two types: edema type and hemorrhagic necrosis type. Although this classification can explain its pathological condition, the development of pancreatitis is not static, with the degree of obstruction of the pancreatic ducts and changes in the pancreatic interstitial blood vessels (arterial, venous and lymphatic vessels). Auscultation: more intestinal sounds Weakened, when intestinal paralysis occurs, it can be "quiet belly". Its pathological changes are developing dynamically. Therefore, the classification of acute mild pancreatitis and severe pancreatitis is more suitable for clinical applications. Severe pancreatitis (such as hemorrhagic and necrotic type) clinicians often attach great importance to it, but mild pancreatitis (such as edema type) can not be ignored, it can develop into severe pancreatitis.
