Tricuspid valve malformation (Ebstein) deformity. Notes on atrial ventricular folding surgery: 1. Parallel to the right atrioventricular sulcus incision, if the right atrium is significantly enlarged, the right atrium should be partially removed. 2. Combined atrial septal defect or oval foramen should be repaired first.
