Drug-induced cirrhosis
Early symptoms of drug-induced liver cirrhosis: Symptoms include fatigue, anorexia, epigastric discomfort, pain in the liver area, jaundice, and dark urine. Hepatosplenomegaly is common, and may include liver palms or spider moles, joint pain, arthritis, skin and mucosal lesions, amenorrhea, hairy, acne and other advanced symptoms: subacute liver necrosis, deepening jaundice, obvious anorexia, nausea, vomiting, Hemorrhagic tendency, ascites, oliguria, reduced liver dullness, hepatic encephalopathy, and hepatorenal syndrome. May also be complicated by portal hypertension, ascites, etc.
