Extraosseous osteosarcoma symptoms Early symptoms: Pain, tenderness, swelling, or masses and the symptoms they produce when they compress nerves and blood vessels. Late symptoms: Dysfunction and rare systemic symptoms. Hematogenous metastasis and high mortality.
