Intertrochanteric osteotomy
1. Old femoral neck fractures, no necrosis of the femoral head, no degenerative changes in the hip joint and no indication for artificial femoral skull replacement, intertrochanteric osteotomy can be used. 2. Hip joint rigidity in a non-functional position caused by trauma or inflammation, the primary lesion has been stationary, and those with general body conditions or local soft tissues should not perform arthroplasty. Intertrochanteric acetabular osteotomy should be performed. 3. Hip osteoarthritis with adduction deformity, or severe pain that affects function, subtrochanteric osteotomy is commonly used. 4. Others such as hip varus, femoral head condyle slippage, congenital or old traumatic hip dislocation, etc., can also choose trochanteric osteotomy to improve function or reduce pain.
