Open reduction and internal fixation for fracture of palm and phalanx

1. Open surgical injuries combined with fractures of the palm and phalanx are often performed internal fixation during debridement and repair. 2. Closed palm and phalanx fractures are only treated with open reduction and internal fixation when the reduction fails, or the reduction is difficult (such as long fracture time) or unstable fracture.
