Endometrial polyps
Endometrial polyps are caused by the proliferation of inflammatory endometrial local blood vessels and connective tissue to form polypoid neoplasms that protrude into the uterine cavity. Polyps vary in size and are mostly located in the uterine body, attached to the inner wall of the uterine cavity by means of a slender pedicle. Mainly manifested by prolonged menstruation and increased menstrual flow.
