Vascular debridement
In the following cases, debridement should be performed in time to detect blood vessels, control bleeding, handle combined injuries, and prepare for early restoration of vascular access: ①Wounds with continuous bleeding or repeated bleeding. ② Subcutaneous pulsatile hematoma, or continuous increase in limb circumference, deep hematoma may be. ③People with acute ischemic symptoms such as temperature decrease, pulse disappearance, pale skin, numbness, and weakened motor function. ④ Deep stab wounds or penetrating injuries are suspected of important organ or tissue damage.
