Duodenal diverticulum obstructive jaundice syndrome
Dummic diverticulum obstructive jaundice syndrome (Lemmel Syndrome) refers to suffering from duodenal diverticulum and oppressing the common bile duct, which affects the excretion of bile and pancreatic juice and causes obstructive jaundice or pancreatitis. In 1934 Lemmel first proposed the eigen, and the case with obvious obstruction of common bile ducts and pancreatic ducts was called Papiller Syndrome.
