Knee osteotomy

Severe varus and varus deformities of the knee, with both lower limbs straight. When the two knees meet, the unilateral valgus deformity is more than 5cm apart and the bilateral deformities are more than 10cm; or the two ankles collide and unilateral varus deformity. The distance between the two knees is> 5cm; bilateral deformities> 10cm or more, causing walking difficulties or knee pain should be performed osteotomy.
