Gastrinoma resection
Gastrinoma is characterized by excessive gastrinemia, accompanied by a large amount of gastric acid secretion and refractory upper gastrointestinal ulcers, and some may be accompanied by diarrhea. A tumor that releases gastrin is called a gastrinoma. Gastrinoma derived from non-B cells of the pancreas is now called ZES-II, or pancreatic ulcer; hyperplasia or tumor derived from G cells in the gastric antrum, is called ZES-Ⅰ.
