Gastric vein ligation
Basically the same as shunt surgery, but for patients with ineffective support for acute bleeding, especially for patients with severe illness and poor liver function, timely surgery. In this critical situation, patients are more difficult to tolerate complex shunt surgery, and it is advisable to perform simple gastric fundus venous drainage to prevent rebleeding, improve blood supply to the liver, and prevent liver coma.
