Ethmoidal sinus foreign body removal

Sphenoid sinus foreign body is mostly opaque foreign body. Foreign bodies often stay in the bone wall between the ethmoid sinus and sphenoid sinus in the posterior group. If foreign matter stays on the ethmoid sinus floor or orbital apex, it will cause eye movement obstacles, vision loss, and even blindness. Therefore, the treatment of sphenoid sinus foreign body must be careful. Especially those with orbit near the apex of the orbit and good vision should be treated more seriously.
