Papillary mass
Papilloma is a common benign tumor of the larynx, which may be related to human papilloma virus infection. It is easy to relapse after surgery, and it is easy to malignant. Those with malignant changes are more common in middle-aged patients. Juvenile laryngeal papilloma is associated with viral infections and chronic irritation, and it has a tendency to stop growing after puberty.
