Lacrimal tubule nasal anastomosis
The lacrimal sac has been removed or atrophied. The patient requested to relieve the symptoms of tear overflow, but the unobstructed part of the lacrimal canaliculus is still more than 10mm. The lacrimal canaliculus can be directly anastomosed with the opposite nasal mucosa.
