Hip osteotomy

Congenital dislocation of the hip joint is too large (inclination is too small), can not completely cover the outside and anterior side of the femoral head, resulting in instability and dislocation. Hip osteotomy is to cut the hip bone horizontally on the acetabulum, using the pubic symphysis as the axis, and rotating the acetabulum to cover the femoral head to achieve stability.
