Femoral head necrosis drilling
Femoral head necrosis drilling decompression is also called femoral head hip core decompression. This surgical method is mainly applicable to the early stage of ischemic necrosis of the femoral head. The shape of the femoral skull is normal. The necrotic period is limited to the front of the femoral head. There is no dead bone formation, no metaphyseal changes, and no subchondral fracture line. This surgical method is one of the main methods for the treatment of femoral head necrosis in the early stage, which can greatly alleviate pain symptoms and delay the development of femoral head ischemic necrosis symptoms.
