Plate screw internal fixation

This type of internal fixation is mostly used for long tube fractures, which is more reliable and has more clinical applications. However, the shortcomings are long incisions, extensive soft tissue separation and periosteum dissection, blood damage at the fracture end is more severe, and healing is slower.
