Semitendinosus-biceps femoris iliac vein valve replacement

When a person walks, the semitendinosus and gastrocnemius muscles contract and relax staggered. During the swing phase, the semitendinosus muscle is in a contracted state, while the gastrocnemius muscle is in a relaxed state. Patients with deep venous valve insufficiency developed blood reflux during this period. U-shaped tendon condyle sutured by the semitendinosus and biceps femoris muscles is used to alternately contract and relax during walking, which continuously produces sliding compression on the iliac vein, thereby blocking blood flow.
