Fracture incision and reduction

Fracture incision and reduction is to expose the fracture site surgically, and to correct and reduce the fracture end. According to the different conditions of the fracture, various internal fixations are selected to maintain the position after reduction, which is called internal fixation. Generally, internal fixation is performed at the same time after fracture reduction and reduction. The purpose of fracture treatment is to allow the wounded to heal quickly and restore limb function under the premise of less pain and high safety. A large number of cases have proved that most of the fractures, including those with difficult manual reduction and high degree of alignment, can be manually reduced and fixed with small splints. Therefore, manual reduction is the basic treatment method. Only a small number of fracture cases with a reduction of the result of an open reduction must be better than a manual reduction. Children and adolescents have strong sculpting ability and low anti-infection ability, so they should be more cautious about incision and reduction. Once the incision reduction is decided, it should be targeted at its shortcomings, and effective measures such as minimizing the periosteal detachment during operation and reducing blood flow damage; strictly implement aseptic technique to avoid wound infection, etc. Eliminate or reduce adverse factors to ensure successful surgery.
