Anterior chamber puncture
1. Diagnostic anterior chamber puncture is applicable to the following conditions: there are signs of microbial infection, and the nature of the infection needs to be determined urgently. ⑵The immunological etiology of ocular disease needs to be determined. (3) Trace element analysis is needed to determine the nature of foreign bodies in the eye or to understand the metabolism of certain elements in the eye. ⑷ Primary or metastatic tumor in the eye requires cytological diagnosis of aqueous humor. ⑸Other diagnostic aqueous humor determination.
