AS-D acetate phenolase stain

Naphthol chloroacetate is a marker enzyme for granulocytes and mast cells. It mainly exists in the lysosomes of granulocytes. This enzyme and peroxidase react positively in neutrophils, but the product formed by this enzyme is Oxidase is more specific.
