Leptospirosis agglutination test
Leptospirosis is a zoonotic disease of natural zoonotic origin caused by various pathogenic Borrelia. There are many groups and serotypes of pathogenic Leptospira. The group-specific chemical composition is a lipopolysaccharide complex, the type-specific chemical composition is a proteoglycan complex, and the polysaccharide composition of different types of Leptospira differs. Corresponding antibodies can be produced in patients. Examination of specific antibodies is helpful for the diagnosis of this disease.
