5'-nucleotide phosphodiesterase isoenzyme

5'-nucleotide phosphodiesterase isoenzymes are a class of exonucleases. Four 5′-NPD active bands (Ⅰ ～ Ⅳ) were isolated on polyacrylamide electrophoresis from normal serum, and Ⅴ bands appeared under pathological conditions. In primary hepatocellular carcinoma and metastatic liver cancer, the 5'-NPD positive rate was above 80%.
