Urinary γ-glutamyl transferase

Urine γ-glutamyltransferase activity reflects renal parenchymal lesions. For patients with suspected kidney disease, renal transplantation can be used as a differentiating indicator of renal transplant rejection and to evaluate the degree of renal water-pipe damage.
