Ammonia uric acid clearance

After intravenous injection of PAH into the human body, when its concentration is low (ie, the plasma content does not exceed 30 mg / L), about 205 PAH is filtered by the glomerulus through renal circulation for 1 week, and about 80% is excreted from the renal tubules and is not Renal tubule reabsorption, PAH is almost completely cleared by the kidney, and its clearance rate actually represents renal blood flow (RBF). Under normal circumstances, about 8% of the renal arterial blood supplies the renal capsule and connective tissue. Blood flowing through the non-urinary part of the kidney does not clear PAH, so the measured RPF should be the effective renal plasma flow (ERPF).
