Anthrax agglutination
When the granular antigen is mixed with its corresponding antiserum, in a certain concentration of electrolyte environment, the antigen aggregates into agglomerates of different sizes, which is called an agglutination reaction. Agglutination is widely used in the diagnosis of diseases and the analysis of various antigenic properties. Even known immune sera can be used to detect unknown antigens, and specific antigens can also be detected using known antigens. Anthrax's agglutination reaction is one of them.
