Hypertrophic gingivitis
Hypertrophic gingivitis is also called hyperplastic gingivitis (hyperplastic gingivitis), which refers to chronic inflammation of the gingival tissue stimulated by local factors, which is manifested by obvious inflammatory swelling of the gingival tissue, accompanied by proliferation of cells and collagen fibers. It is more common in adolescents and occurs on the labial side of the anterior teeth.
