Serum hepatitis B core antibody immunoglobulin G
HBcAb-IgG appears late and is not a protective antibody. Acute infection recovery period and chronic persistent infection are mainly anti-HBc-IgG, which can last for several years. Detection of HBcAb-IgG is of epidemiological significance.
