Serum interleukin 3
Interleukin 3 (IL-3) is a polyclonal stimulating factor that regulates hematopoietic function. It is produced by mitogen or antigen-stimulated T cells and some cell lines. Its main function is to regulate the growth and differentiation of pluripotent stem cells. It is allowed to produce bone marrow cells of each line.
