Skin larva migrans
The term larva migrans was first proposed by Beaver et al in 1952. At that time, it mainly referred to toxocariasis. Over time, other worms such as jaw-mouth nematodes and Sichuan parasitic flukes were also found. The main form of larvae is parasitic on the human body and cause diseases. Larvae migration can be divided into two types: skin larvae migration and visceral larvae migration. Sometimes both can coexist. Skin larva migrans are larvae that invade human skin and migrate in skin tissues for a long time, causing skin damage and migratory lesions.
