Familial colonic polyps
Familial colonic polyposis belongs to adenoma polyposis syndrome and is an autosomal dominant hereditary disease. Occasionally, people with no family history have multiple adenomas in the entire colon and rectum. Most adenomas have pedicles and nipples. Symptoms are rare, ranging from about 100 to several thousand polyps, ranging from the size of soybeans to several centimeters in diameter, often densely arranged, sometimes clustered, and its tissue structure is no different from that of general adenomas.
