Urinary myoglobin
Normal humans have very little myoglobin. When various reasons cause muscle tissue damage and metabolic disorders, a large amount of myoglobin is produced. Because myoglobin has a small molecular weight, it is easy to be filtered by renal tubules to cause myoglobinuria.
