Antineutrophil cytoplasm

Anti-neutrophil cytoplasmic antibody (ANCA) is an autoantibody present in the blood. After neutrophils are stimulated by an antigen, the α-particles in the cytoplasm release protease-3, myeloperoxidase and Leukocyte antigen production stimulates the body to produce ANCA. It has been confirmed that this antibody is a group of serum marker antibodies for systemic necrotizing vasculitis, which is of great significance for the diagnosis, classification, differential diagnosis and prognosis evaluation of vasculitis.
