Passive transfer test

Passive transfer test is an allergy measurement part of the immune function test of immune diseases. There are two kinds of skin: human skin and guinea pig skin. Human skin measures IgE allergic antibodies to allogeneic cells, and guinea pig skin measures IgG type antibodies to heterogeneous cells. This test can be used as an aid to understand the types of allergic antibodies and find allergens.
