Bone marrow abnormal cells and parasites are a type of bone marrow cytology. Bone marrow cytology is most valuable for diagnosing diseases of the hematopoietic system. Bone marrow smear oil microscope observation starts from the middle, from head to tail, winding up and down gradually, counting 200 to 500 nucleated cells. Identify one by one according to the morphological characteristics of the cells, and observe the presence or absence of parasites.
