12 hour urine sediment count
The 12-hour urine sediment count is a test method to check the number of red blood cells, white blood cells and casts excreted in the urine during the 12-hour night, to understand the degree of kidney damage and urinary tract disease and the evolution of the disease. It is often used in patients with suspicious but atypical urine microscopy, which plays an important role in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis.
