Serum aldolase
A kind of lyase, narrowly refers to the enzyme that catalyzes the cleavage of 1.6-bisphosphate-D-fructose to produce 3-phosphate-D-glyceraldehyde and α-dihydroxyacetone phosphate, which refers to 1.6-bisphosphate-D-fructaldehyde Peptidase (Ec4.1.2.13). (In a broad sense, it refers to enzymes that catalyze reactions of the same form. For example, rhamnosyl phosphate aldolase is also collectively referred to as aldolase). Clinically, it is mainly used to diagnose liver and muscle diseases.
