Xanthelasma

Introduction Xanthoma is a metabolic disorder that is the most common form of xanthomatosis. Xanthoma is a yellow or orange plaque of the skin caused by lipid deposits on the eyelids. It occurs mostly on the eyelids. It starts out as if the rice is large, slightly higher than the skin, and is completely separated from the normal skin. The border is irregular and can even cover the entire eyelid.

It is a disorder of lipid metabolism. Patients are often associated with hyperlipoproteinemia and/or hypercholesterolemia.

1, lipoma.
2, flat warts.
