Physical examination of skin diseases

Often at birth or during childhood, a small number of women who develop puberty are about twice as likely as men, with no ethnic or regional differences.

Damage is a flat or convex keratinized transitional solid papule, 1 to a few millimeters in diameter, normal skin tone or brownish red, similar to flattened or scorpion-like epidermal dysplasia, large number, no fusion, skin friction can cause blisters, generally No symptoms. Skin lesions are distributed on the extremities, mainly in the health search of the hands and feet, but also in the palm of the hand, the flexor of the fingers, the wrist, the forearms, the elbows, and the knees. The palmar sinus lesions appear as scattered translucent keratinized papules. There may be diffuse palmar skin thickening, the deck can be involved, showing thickening and whitening. The damage is gradually increasing and will not fade for the rest of his life.

Diagnosis

Differential diagnosis

Should be identified with the following diseases:

1. Follicular keratosis is a sputum-like scarring lesion, which is characterized by histological keratosis and lacunar gap in the sebaceous spill site.

2. Flattened flat papule cupping net, the surface is smooth, no hereditary, not involving the palm of the hand, pathological examination of epidermal cells with vacuolar denatured cupping network.

3. The sputum epidermal cell dysplasia is rough, and the lesions are widely distributed. The epidermal cells have extensive vacuoles of healthy search, excessive keratinization and poor keratinization.

4. The persistent hairy layer of lenticular keratosis is flattened, and the shallow layer of dermis has dense banded cell infiltration.
