Loss of consciousness

Introduction

Introduction Perception is the perception and understanding of the human brain to the outside world when external stimuli act on the senses. It organizes and explains the sensory information of the outside world. The most common symptoms of acute encephalitis are persistent high fever, loss of consciousness, unconsciousness, deep coma and cramps.

Cause

Cause

Pigs are infected by mosquito bites and develop viremia after infection for 12 to several days. The pattern of proliferation of Japanese encephalitis virus in pigs is not clear, but some information has been obtained from humans, monkeys and mice. After the onset of viremia, the virus spreads to numerous tissues of the blood vessels such as the liver, spleen and muscle, where it further proliferates and strengthens viremia. The way viruses enter the central nervous system is through cerebrospinal fluid, through endothelial cells, macrophages and lymphocytes, or blood-borne pathways. In humans and mice, JEV selectively destroys neurons after infection, mostly in the brainstem, thalamus, basal ganglia, and subcortical.

Shallow reflection inspection

Perception is the overall reflection of the various attributes, parts and their relationship of the human brain to the objective things directly acting on the sensory organs. Compared with feeling, perception reflects the overall attributes of objective things and is the result of multiple sensory activities. Perception can be classified according to different criteria.

According to the different analyzers that play a leading role in the perceptual process, perception can be divided into visual perception, auditory perception, tactile perception, olfactory perception, taste perception and the like. The incubation period of Japanese encephalitis is 5 to 15 days. The main symptoms are fever, cramps and deep coma.

Diagnosis

Differential diagnosis

Perception and feeling are usually not completely distinguishable. Feeling is the initial processing of information, and perception is the in-depth processing of information. The current trend is to put feelings and perceptions in all discourses, collectively referred to as perception. The information processing process is divided into three stages: feeling, organization, perception and recognition. First, perception is based on feelings, and once the stimuli disappear from the range covered by the senses, feelings and perceptions are stopped.

Second, perception is the processing and interpretation of sensory materials. Finally, perception requires the help of past experience. In the process of perception, there is also the participation of thinking, memory, etc., and thus the perception of things is deeper and more complete than the feeling.
