Male urinating tingling symptoms generally have urinary tract itching, burning sensation and urination pain, and a few have frequent urination of the urethra. In the morning, there is a small amount of mucous secretions in the urethral opening or only the aponeurosis, or the sputum is filthy and there is a phenomenon of urinary flow bifurcation when urinating. Some patients need to squeeze hard by hand to have secretions spilling out of the urethra. Symptoms are similar to gonococcal urethritis, but to a lesser extent. Some patients are asymptomatic. The patient developed a double infection with gonorrhea.

Non-gonococcal urethritis 40% - 50% is caused by Chlamydia trachomatis trachoma, and 20% - 30% is caused by Ureaplasma urealyticum. Then the mycoplasmas related to humans are Mycoplasma pneumoniae, Mycoplasma hominis, and Mycoplasma genitalium. Mycoplasma and chlamydia may be present in healthy carriers. Ureaplasma urealyticum has the property of decomposing urea into ammonia and is toxic to cells. Mycoplasma is resistant to antibiotics such as penicillin that disturb cell walls due to the absence of cell walls.

Diagnosis

Differential diagnosis

Differential diagnosis of male urinating pain:

Urine pain: It is a pain in the urethra, bladder and perineum when guiding urination. The degree of pain is light and heavy, often burning, and severe pain such as knife cutting. Urinary pain is common in urethritis, prostatitis, benign prostatic hyperplasia, seminal vesiculitis, cystitis, urinary calculi, bladder tuberculosis, pyelonephritis and so on. According to the characteristics of dysuria, it helps to identify the diagnosis of the disease.
