The main means of prenatal diagnosis are as follows:

(1) The diagnosis of fetal mirror has the advantage of direct observation in the uterus by means of the endoscope, which can not only identify whether the fetus is deformed, but also take the fetal living tissue and fetal blood for examination.

(2) Ultrasound diagnosis, especially the use of B-type ultrasound scanner, can make a more accurate answer to the question of fetal survival or not, gestational age, fetal position, amniotic fluid volume, fetal malformation and other issues.

(3) Amniocentesis diagnosis, amniotic fluid can be obtained by abdominal wall amniocentesis at the 16th to 21st week of pregnancy, and its components are analyzed and examined.

(4) Blood and urine examination of pregnant women. During normal pregnancy, a small amount of fetal blood cells, metabolites and proteins can enter the maternal blood circulation through the placenta. Therefore, detection of maternal hematuria can diagnose certain genetic diseases of the fetus. In the 14th to 19th week of pregnancy, the risk of Tang was investigated (excluding the 21st body), and the 4D color ultrasound was used to exclude fetal malformations in 20 to 28 weeks.

Diagnosis

Differential diagnosis

Neuropathy: The injury includes cerebral trauma, cerebral vascular sclerosis (cerebral hemorrhage, cerebral thrombosis) sequelae, encephalitis and meningitis sequelae, demyelinating diseases and other sequelae of cerebrovascular disease.

Nerve Root Injury: A series of conditions caused by nerve damage in the body-related parts caused by factors such as squeezing, pulling, rubbing, and surgery.
