The free surface of the cell has a bristled edge. It can be seen under the electron microscope that the bristle edge is composed of microvilli. These structures all expand the cell surface area and facilitate reabsorption.

2. Medullary descending branch and ascending branch: The medullary iliac crest is a U-shaped small tube composed of three segments: the first segment is the descending thick segment; the second segment is the U segment in the thin segment; the third segment is the ascending segment . The descending parts of the first and second paragraphs are collectively referred to as the descending branch, and the second section of the ascending branch and the third section are collectively referred to as the ascending branch. They consist of flat and cubic epithelium, respectively. The length of the nephron spasm in different parts is different.
