Nasal vestibular skin redness and pain
Introduction
Introduction The swelling and pain of the nasal vestibular skin is one of the symptoms of nasal vestibulitis. Nasal vestibulitis is a diffuse inflammation of the nasal vestibular skin and can be divided into acute and chronic. Acute nasal vestibulitis is characterized by pain in the nasal vestibule. The skin is diffusely red and swollen in the nasal vestibule and at the junction with the upper lip, or there are cleft palate and superficial erosion. The nose hair is covered with sticky pus. Chronic nasal vestibulitis is characterized by nasal vestibular fever, dryness, itching, and tenderness. The nasal vestibular nose hair is rare, the local skin is thickened, and the molting is formed. After the molting, the small bleeding wound can be found.
Cause
Cause
Nasal vestibulitis is caused by nasal endocrine secretions, especially purulent secretions, which often irritate the nasal vestibular skin. Any acute or chronic, specific or non-specific inflammation in the nasal cavity, nasal foreign bodies, tumors, etc. can be complicated by nasal vestibulitis. The stimulation of long-term harmful dust (such as tobacco, fur, cement, asbestos, etc.), nasal infection or secondary skin infection caused by nasal vestibular skin injury is also one of the causes of this disease.

Clinical manifestations of nasal vestibulitis:
Divided into acute and chronic. Acute nasal vestibular skin is red and swollen, painful, severe cases can be extended to the upper lip junction, there is tenderness, epidermis erosion and covered with molting. Chronic anterior uterus is itchy, burning and crusting, nose hair falling off, thickening of the skin, chapped or covered with scaly suede.
Diagnosis
Differential diagnosis
Intranasal pain is caused by dry and ruptured nasal mucosa and may be associated with nosebleeds. Intranasal pain is also one of the symptoms of nasal cancer.
The nasal vestibular cyst is located subcutaneously at the base of the nasal vestibule, the anterior and lateral side of the piriform hole, and the cystic mass in the soft tissue of the maxillary alveolar process. It can be divided into a retention cyst and a spherical jugular cyst that develops from the residual epithelium of the embryonic stage. The nasal vestibular cyst occurs under the skin of the nasal vestibule, the outer part of the pear-shaped hole, and the superficial soft tissue of the maxillary alveolar process. Middle-aged women are more ill, with an annual onset of 30-50 years.
