Introduction

Introduction Intranasal pain is caused by dry and ruptured nasal mucosa and may be associated with nosebleeds. Intranasal pain is also one of the symptoms of nasal cancer. Symptoms of nasal malignant tumors show progressive aggravation, early asymptomatic, and nasal congestion and blood stasis in the advanced stage. Facial numbness, eye movement, loose teeth, decreased vision, difficulty opening mouth or other neurological symptoms.

Intranasal pain is caused by dryness and rupture of the nasal mucosa.

1. The body is dehydrated, resulting in dryness of the nasal mucosa;

2, when the weather is dry, when the children wear too much clothes, the internal heat has a fire;

3. When the climate is dry, the liquid secreted by the nasal mucosa plays faster, and the nose is prone to scarring. Generally, children have bad habits of picking nostrils. If they scold or smash blood vessels, the capillaries of the nasal mucosa will rupture;

4, nasal mucosa congestion, swelling, submucosal superficial blood vessel rupture and bleeding;

5, foreign body stimulation of nasal mucosal erosion bleeding.

Basic inspection:

1. Front nose examination.

2. X-ray nasal photos have clear sinus infection.

Further examination:

1. Nasal secretion smear to detect pathogenic bacteria.

2. Nasal secretions bacterial culture + drug sensitivity.

3. If necessary, virus inspection requires special cultivation, separation and identification.

4. Otolaryngology CT examination.

Diagnosis

Differential diagnosis

Nasal congestion, runny nose, headache and sinus tenderness in sinusitis. Patients with acute sinusitis may be associated with fever and general malaise. Nasal or nasal endoscopy revealed swelling of the nasal mucosa, purulent secretions in the middle nasal passage or olfactory fissure, and tenderness in each corresponding sinus area.

Symptoms of nasal malignant tumors show progressive aggravation, early asymptomatic, and nasal congestion and blood stasis in the advanced stage. Facial numbness, eye movement, loose teeth, decreased vision, difficulty opening mouth or other neurological symptoms. Doctors may find sinus bone destruction after ct and x-ray examination, and pathological examination can confirm the diagnosis.
