Located about 3cm above the upper end of the saddle back, the front front is in the middle line. The adult development rate is 40%, and rarely occurs under 10 years old. Its position is relatively constant and is a good positioning mark.

2, cerebral calcification

Located in the center line in the positive position, it is banded or triangular, and the appearance rate is about 10%.

3. Interstitial ligament calcification

It is the calcification of the ligament between the anterior and posterior sphenoids of the sella, which makes the sella "bridge".

4, lateral ventricle veins from calcification

Irregular shadow within 2.5cm of the center line, the occurrence rate is less than 0.5%.

In a few cases, localized calcification of the basal ganglia, the cerebellar dentate nucleus, the internal carotid siphon segment, the cerebellum, the bed ligament, and the dura mater can be seen.
