It is suitable for all kinds of patients with advanced heart disease who have ineffective treatment and grade IV heart function. 1. Various serious cardiomyopathy. 2. Large-area patients with myocardial infarction, heart failure without coronary artery bypass surgery 3. Complex congenital heart disease that cannot be corrected. 4. Rheumatic heart disease, combined with valvular disease with extensive myocardial lesions. 5. The donor requirements are the same as before. Treatment of diseases: heart failure myocardial infarction Indication It is suitable for all kinds of patients with advanced heart disease who have ineffective treatment and grade IV heart function. 1. Various serious cardiomyopathy. 2. Large-area patients with myocardial infarction, heart failure and no coronary artery bypass grafting 3. Complexity of congenital heart disease that cannot be corrected. 4. Rheumatic heart disease, combined with valvular disease with extensive myocardial lesions. 5. The donor requirements are the same as before. Surgical procedure (1) Removal of the donor heart 1. The sternal midline incision. Free the superior and inferior vena cava, pulmonary artery and aorta. Intravenous heparin 2mg/kg. 2. Aortic perfusion of cold myocardial palsy. 3. The superior vena cava was cut at 4 cm above the right atrium; the inferior vena cava was cut at its root and the right atrium was thus cut upward. 4. Cut the posterior wall of the left atrium at the opening of the pulmonary vein to make it a square opening. 5. Transverse the aorta from the beginning of the innominate artery. 6. The pulmonary artery is severed at its bifurcation. (B) the removal of the recipient heart 1. The sternal midline incision. Heparin 300 U/kg was injected intravenously to establish extracorporeal circulation. 2. Excision of the left and right atrial anterior wall, retaining the left and right atrial posterior wall and part of the atrial septum for anastomosis. 3. Close to the semi-monthly valve to cut off the aorta and pulmonary artery. (3) Implantation of the donor heart 1. Continuously anastomosis of the left atrium with a 3-0 Prolene line. 2. Continuously anastomosis of the right atrium with a 3-0 Prolene line. 3. The aorta was anastomosed with a 4-0 Prolene line. 4. The end of the pulmonary artery was anastomosed with a 4-0 Prolene line. Complete the implant anastomosis.
