Anal stenosis is an anal dilatation surgery for patients with anal stenosis and obstructed bowel movements. Treatment of diseases: rectal atresia Indication 1. Anal membranous stenosis or atresia. 2. Anorectal atresia segment <2cm. 3. Scar contracture and blemish scars (pseudo anal atresia). Contraindications 1. Anorectal atresia segment > 2cm. 2. Extensive scar contracture. 3. The general condition is poor and cannot tolerate the operator. Preoperative preparation Pay attention to correct water and electrolyte disorders before surgery. Surgical procedure 1. The perineum is cleaned. 2. Take the lithotomy position, epidural anesthesia or general anesthesia. 3. Conventional disinfection, laying sterile towels. 4. Make a "T" shape on the anal membrane and cut it to the blind end of the rectum. Do not exceed the sphincters at both ends of the incision. 5. Use a hemostat or finger to separate the anus. 6. The wound is serrated to prevent contracture and stenosis. 7. Indwell the anal canal.
